SMART Habits Saturday (6/9/07)

"Participate in SHS for 3 out of 4 weeks in May to be entered in a drawing for Speed Cleaning by Jeff Campbell and of course I will make you an Organizing Bag to put it in. I love the book and I love his products at The Clean Team. If you want to be entered in the drawing, e-mail me the links to your entries when you're done with three of them. That makes it so much easier for me and I'm all about my life being easier! " -Lara

Well, last week I couldn't do a whole lot. I hurt myself pretty bad. I am still sore, but a lot better than last week. =) Well let's see, I have done very well with flossing my teeth and pretty good at washing my sheets. As for making the bed everyday, I am failing miserably at that. So besides needing to improve on that once again I am going to add 15 minute clean times for 3 days a week. I know it should happen everyday, but I need to start somewhere. Maybe this will help keep things from piling up around the house. That is my "dream" anyway.

Make Bed- not doing well
Wash the Sheets- Doing pretty well
Floss Teeth- Doing very well!

I'm glad you are feeling better, that sounds just awful. Good luck with this week. I think setting small goals is a great place to start.

Flossing, I need to do that one. Every now and then I get on a good flossing kick and then I get sick of it and stop.

I had finally trained myself to make the bed every day & change the sheets regularly... but then my baby started to toddle ;P
I hope you're feeling better! Baby-step your way back :)

I hope you are feeling better soon. What an awful experience to have to endure. Take it easy this week with your habits ... don't reinjure anything!

You will do so much better by starting small. Good luck this week and take care of yourself!

I see you've tried the habit I'm implementing--making the bed daily! I hope it gets better for you and that your 15 minute clean times go well. The problem is I need a LOT of 15 minute clean times!! lol

I'm glad you are feeling better! Just take one day at a time. Good job on the flossing, I need to do better with that!
