Beauty

Image
Not everything in my life has been beautiful this month, but God shows me his love in things all around me. I am a couple weeks late in posting these pictures, but I wanted to show them anyway. :-) This bush blooms right before our anniversary every year. When we first moved in I had no idea what it was. So, the first time it bloomed...well, let's just say it was one of the best surprises ever. It's actually 2 bushes. One has lilac blooms and the other a dark pink. Sadly, it appears that I only have a couple branches of the lilac left and the pink is winning over. I hope you all enjoy these pictures and I pray that you find the beauty God has for you all around.

Crazy Critter and The BarkOff Product Review

Image
What is a crazy critter ? Here is a quick video to give you all an overview of what a crazy critter is. When I was given the opportunity to review this product, honestly, I wasn't sure if I wanted to or not. We had never set out to give our dog, Shad, any toys. He seemed content on destroying anything that accidentally got left out in the yard. I wasn't sure if this sort of thing would appeal to him, but I was WRONG! Surprisingly wrong. I didn't get around to taking any pictures of him with it, because right now it doesn't look very good. It h as been left out in the rain and drug through the mud, but he still loves it! Big T loves to get the crazy critter and play tug-of-war with Shad. Of course Shad wins (he is at least 65 pounds). I am also impressed that this critter hasn't already been torn to bits like everything else Shad gets a hold of. It's a good little product. The BarkOff came with the Crazy Critter for me to review. Shad has a problem with barking

Snikiddy Snacks: A Review

Image
A healthy, tasty alternative to typical fried snacks like potato chips , making them a favorite for families seeking healthy snack options- All Natural Gluten-free Wheat-free No corn syrup Peanut-free No preservatives No trans fats No hydrogenated oils 50% less fat than potato chips Price: 4.5 oz. bag for $1.79 Wahoo! That's exactly what I said when I was given the opportunity to review the Snikiddy Baked Fries (Cheddar cheese flavor). As soon as I saw it was a gluten free snack I was so excited. Since Beloved cannot eat gluten it can be a challenge to find snacks for him. When the package came in the mail it took every drop of will power I have to not eat the whole thing before Beloved got home. LOL I was able to resist so he could be the one to taste the baked fries first. They are absolutely delicious! I cannot wait to get my hands on some more. This is something I definitely want to keep on hand in our home. :-) The have a nice crunch to them, although personally I would

A Little Bit of This.....

A little bit of that. You know I have to post pictures of Special K. She is just too sweet. :-) (People have asked about our cloth diapers and I will try to do a post about our routine in the future.) These are very late but here are some pictures from VBS. The children had a ton of fun! Special K was intrigued by this crocodile I would love to have a classroom like this. ;-) They are already asking about next year. :-)

It's Been 8 Years Already

It's sometimes hard to believe we have been married for eight years. (It's eight years today as a matter of fact.) This fall it will have been 11 years since our first date. :-) I just wanted to let everyone know that I LOVE MY HUBBY! ;-) Like most of you couldn't figure that out. LOL It's amazing to think how far we have come. We started here.... And now we are here. Words can not even begin to express how blessed I truly am. I am my beloved's, and my beloved is mine- Song of Solomon 6:3 Happy Anniversary Honey. I love you!
