Pizza, Pizza!

Image
I don't know....what do you all think? Does Little E like his pizza? ;-)

It's Back!

We received our replacement hard drive in less than 24 hours! I still can't believe it. Hubby got it installed and it's up and running. I still can't believe it took only a day. I was expecting it to be a week. So...Praise the Lord. I hope I can show some pics soon. :D

Done....

Our harddrive on the computer is shot. I can't even express how frustrated this makes me as the computer isn't even a year old. I just pray that hubby can get the files off of the harddrive. At least he backed up the pictures a little over a week ago onto CD's, so at least we haven't lost all of those. Just one more thing that takes money. I am grateful that I can still use my copier/scanner for the school work. So...if I don't post for a while that is why. Hope you all have a blessed day!

It's Christmas time.....

Image
At least, it was for this past weekend. My mother's family gets together in November to have the Christmas get together because my Grandpa and Step-grandma go to Florida for the winter. Beloved had to work, so I took the three children on my own, in the rain, for a 2 hour drive to my uncles. The drive went okay, but when we got there...we had a problem. My parents happened to arrive right behind me. I got Sweet E out of the car and handed her to Dad. She was crying, but I just thought it was because she didn't want to go to Grandpa. She just kept crying harder and harder. When Dad got to the door he looked at her and she had blood all over her mouth, the sleeve of her dress was almost completely covered and she had blood on other parts of her dress as well. She hit her mouth on something when I got her out of the car, but I have no idea what. So, once we got her cleaned up and everything the rest of the visit went pretty well. I don't have a lot of pictures (when Beloved is

Happy Birthday Mom!

Image
I am such an idiot some days. My Mother's 50th birthday was on Wednesday. The children and I called her, we will see her tomorrow, but I forgot to post it on here! So Sorry Mom! So HAPPY 50th BIRTHDAY MOM! We love you and can't wait to see you tomorrow! :o)

Parties, Cakes, and Slippers

Image
On Saturday we had a party for Beloved's wonderful mama and I had the privilege of making her birthday cake. (And hint, hint Mom...I'd make you a cake too if you want one. It will just be later.) It didn't turn out the way I saw it in my head, but it doesn't usually work exactly how I imagine. I still think it is pretty good. That was Saturday and then on Sunday the children and I went to church with the IL's. Hubby was sick and thought it would be a good day for a visit. Then they got to spend the whole afternoon with Nana and Grandpa Snow. Nana even bought the children slippers. I think Sweet E didn't take them off for about a day. Not until I made her put her shoes on so we could go to the store. But when we got home she put the slippers back on. :D Hubby took this pic of Little E this morning. It was hilarious, but sad because we couldn't find the matching shirt and shorts for his jammies. And the slippers made it worse. ;o) (Sorry for it being blurry.)

Sense and Sensibility Pattern

Image
I love these patterns and just found out that she is offering some of them as an epattern . So now you can have to opportunity to try one of her patterns out the same day that you purchase it. So Ladies, who doesn't enjoy buying a new pattern? ;o)

Enjoying a Beautiful Autumn Day

Image
Wow...it's been over 70 degrees today and I have been trying to enjoy it as much as I can. I finished raking up the leaves for the city to take (well, I raked the ones outside of the fence for the city. The ones inside will be used for my garden.) The children have enjoyed the weather today as well. Sweet E, I don't really know what to say about her outfit. She picked it out herself...makes me think "flower child." It looks like Little E isn't sure about her outfit either. :o) Later this afternoon the children and I decided to build a hut. Yep, a hut. Here are the materials that we used. The newspapers, tape, and staples went from that....to this. Add a sheet and you have your very own hut! They are very happy with it and so am I. It will keep them outside for a while. ;o)

Happy Birthday....

Mama Snow!!! Thanks for being such a great MIL and Nana. We love you and can't wait to see you. :D Hard to believe that this picture is almost 2 years old.
