Look at what I did today!

Okay...we had this really ugly green chair, but it was oh so comfortable. Well today I worked to make a slip cover for it. Never done a slipcover before, but I tried my hand at it. Here are the before pictures of the chair.


And here is the picture of the slipcover I made today.


So...for about $2 I gave our chair a "new look."

Here are also a couple of pictures of the my goofy children.

Well...the last picture isn't of my children. DS wanted a picture taken of their piggies they got today. Yep...on our way to Westerville today we stopped at Wendy's and "Wilber" came in their meals.

In case you couldn't tell...the pictures are much better. Why?.....Hubby got me a new camera. He wanted a decent one for when our little bundle of joy arrives. So now...I have a new "toy" to play with. Yippee!!!!!

The slipcover looks very nice. At first, I thought the first picture was the finished product and I was wondering why you put that big stain on the back like that. LOL! Well, you know me... Anyway, it looks good.

Yesterday I was in our side yard raking up a pile of leaves for Sweet E to play in and I saw something out of the corner of my eye. It was bright red. I looked down and saw three bright red objects in the grass. I picked them up....I have never seen these before.
