Feel free to share pictures and if there's a story behind your special something, that's even better! When we went to the Fall Festival a couple of weeks ago Hubby bought the children wooden swords. They have had so much fun with those...pretending to be knights, pirates, and soldiers. Well, hubby decided that he could make them just as well or better. So here is a finished sword made by hubby. (He actually ended up making seven!) Our local leather shop cut out the pieces for us which cut down on our work tremendously. Hopefully I can show off one that is much bigger soon. My baby is gone! Big T spent his first night away from home last night at Grandma and Grandpa S's house. He will be home this afternoon and hasn't asked to come home once. In one way, I am glad that he is comfortable enough to spend the night with 
Nana and Grandpa. But, in another, I wish he would have at least called me to tell me goodnight. ;o) Oh well, I guess he isn't a "baby" anymore. And yes, I did cry last night. :D But, he will be back this afternoon in time for school. **I should add that there was one person who was absolutely heartbroken that Big T was not at home last night. No, it wasn't Beloved. It was Sweet E. She was so upset that her big brother was not at home.**
