Happy Birthday to Me!! =)


Okay....so far today I have received a lovely note from my hubby and a living room floor full of Balloons!!!! Needless to say the children are having a wonderful time playing with the balloons. I am going to finish getting ready and the children ready and I think we are going to visit Nana (at work) and the residents at the Country Club. Tonight we are invited over to Hubby's parents. She is fixing my birthday dinner. Hope all have a wonderful day!

***Update**** After some counting and talking to Hubby...I actually have around 100 balloons!!!!

Feel free to share pictures and if there's a story behind your special something, that's even better! When we went to the Fall Festival a couple of weeks ago Hubby bought the children wooden swords. They have had so much fun with those...pretending to be knights, pirates, and soldiers. Well, hubby decided that he could make them just as well or better. So here is a finished sword made by hubby. (He actually ended up making seven!) Our local leather shop cut out the pieces for us which cut down on our work tremendously. Hopefully I can show off one that is much bigger soon. Last week he attended Bible school and Grandma S' church. The theme was Avalanche Rance and I know there are a LOT of churches doing this one. It fit him perfectly since he has a love of horses.
