Baby Update



I went to see the midwife again today...in her new house...and everything seems to be fine. When she measured me she was surprised how much I grew from last time. Apparently this baby wants to catch up with his/her siblings quickly! So...I am very happy and she is pretty sure the baby is still head down.

On Wednesday night I came home with 4 dresses for DD and I finished one for myself yesterday. We are doing it again this Wednesday and there are 3 more dresses for DD and 2 for me! They should all get done Wednesday as long as a certain Miss G remembers her bobbin holder! ;) Two of the dresses for DD are already started. I can't believe we had about 5 sewing machines going at one time! It was truly a blessing. Well..I better go and work on some more projects!

Melanie, I have come over here several times to post and to wish you happy birthday and it would not let me. I finally switched over to the new blogger, so I shall see if this works. I am glad you had a happy birthday. GM told me about your sewing day. I am glad that they blessed you like that.

I wonder why you couldn't post? Very strange. Computers are funny things. yes...they blessed me greatly. Eva and I didn't stop working until about 8:30 or so. But at least everything is ready to go for next Wednesday so...we can have everyone sewing this time. This really helped me out a lot. Titus, Elisabeth, and I all have "matching" pieces of clothing now...Titus loves his vest. I will have to post a picture when I can.

Yesterday I was in our side yard raking up a pile of leaves for Sweet E to play in and I saw something out of the corner of my eye. It was bright red. Last week he attended Bible school and Grandma S' church. The theme was Avalanche Rance and I know there are a LOT of churches doing this one. It fit him perfectly since he has a love of horses.
