Feel free to share pictures and if there's a story behind your special something, that's even better! When we went to the Fall Festival a couple of weeks ago Hubby bought the children wooden swords. They have had so much fun with those...pretending to be knights, pirates, and soldiers. Well, hubby decided that he could make them just as well or better. So here is a finished sword made by hubby. (He actually ended up making seven!) Our local leather shop cut out the pieces for us which cut down on our work tremendously. Hopefully I can show off one that is much bigger soon. I just had to share this with you all. The other night when I was nursing Little "E", our eldest son hurt himself when he was playing with Hubby. Well, hubby was hugging on him and giving him attention and kissing his "BooBoo". Hubby then watched our daughter walk over to the door and purposely hit her head on the frame. Well, she started crying and went over to Hubby looking for sympathy! Can you believe it? Hubby couldn't believe what he was seeing. I think my MIL is right...our daughter is the one we are going to have to "watch out" for. ;) Just thought I would share that episode with everyone.
