Week 4

Yes, we are now into week 4 of being sick in this house. Big T and I are almost completely over our colds, but now Beloved has it. He woke up this morning with a fever and just feels terrible. Poor guy didn't feel good all weekend. I had purchased some very good coffee from Mr. Bill's for his birthday. When he fixed himself a cup of coffee...with a whine he said, "I can't smell it!" Poor guy couldn't even smell his coffee! He went to work for a half day today, but came home for rest because he just feels so bad. (and I feel bad because his birthday is Wednesday) Big T and Beloved are sharing some resting time together as they watch a DVD of Little House on the Prairie. Sweet E and Little E still have some chest congestion, but the fevers have subsided and they are slowly getting better. I pray everyone will be better because our 2nd try for the Creation Museum is on Monday.

Thanks to all the sickness the home schooling as been practically non-existent. As the children are doing better I am going to start back up tomorrow. We have a lot of work to catch up on so Big T is where I want him to be for the start of our Kindergarten this fall (which reminds me I need to finalize-but it can always change) what books I need to get. :D So, I am off to do laundry, run to the store and print out papers for Big T and Sweet E's piano lessons and school lessons. :D

mmm that coffee sure does look good. What a shame when your husband can't even enjoy the aroma!! You know I'll continue to pray for all of you to get over this awful sickness. Get lots of rest so you can make it to the museum. xo

Melanie, I am sorry y'all have been sick so long. Use white vinegar and wipe down all the door knobs, counters, cabinet pulls, etc. I will pray that you are able to go on Monday!!!
