Cabin Fever Already?

It's hard to believe, but I think they have it. I am praising the Lord right now though because they are playing outside in the snow. It's their second time out today. Here is a picture for Sweet E getting bundled up to go outside yesterday.

They had fun playing in the snow yesterday and were so excited to see that there was still some on the ground today. We are supposed to get more tonight and tomorrow depending on the low pressure system. It will either be ice or 3-5 inches of snow. I am voting for the snow!


After breakfast today I had these goofy faces staring at me. I just had to take some pictures. :-)

Little E felt he needed to change hats though. :-)


Well, better go. I have wet, slushy boots stomping through my house right now. ;-)

I am voting for the snow as well. I am sure they will have fun with Daddy tomorrow in the snow!!!

Oh yes...I would also vote for snow. We might get some today too.

Illness and Ouchies

Well...we have had an interesting start to our week. In the early hours of Monday morning Sweet E woke up 2 different times and had thrown up in her bed. She seemed perfectly fine and I took her to a local store. We were inside for maybe 2 minutes and she threw up again. So....I got her home and let her take a nice LONG bath. Then we didn't have any problems the rest of the day. Today....she didn't seem quiet like herself, but no big deal. Them about 7:45 this evening she threw up again. But now she is running around like it never happened. Both boys appear to be fine. Now...here is were the Ouchies come in. On Monday afternoon when Sweet E was sleeping, Little E fell onto something. It took the top layer of the skin on his lip off and cut his gums. I still don't know what happened exactly. He had a pretty big lip for the rest of the day. The swelling is barely even noticeable today. So..how is everyone else's week going? ;)

Yesterday I was in our side yard raking up a pile of leaves for Sweet E to play in and I saw something out of the corner of my eye. It was bright red. I looked down and saw three bright red objects in the grass. I picked them up....I have never seen these before. We are thinking they may possibly be wild strawberries, but are unsure since we have no prior experience with them. (really have no clue as to what they actually are.)
