Candle By Night

I have been meaning to blog about my gardens for a couple of weeks, but haven't had the time. Here is a picture of what my garden looked like before. You can see I was getting ready to dig out two more spots. Here they are after having everything planted. I can't wait to harvest things from my garden again! :D My sister and her boyfriend came for a visit last week. Here is a pic of my crew with her boyfriend. Gotta love roasted marshmallows! :D You can see that Little E had a hard time eating marshmallows and falling in the grass. ;)

Well, I was planning on updating earlier this week, but I have been having trouble resizing my photos and such. Anyway, I was going to do it today but it will have to wait. Beloved fell on his "bad' knee last night and is in a good amount of pain. He is at the doctor's right now and hopefully I will here something from him soon. And....Big T threw up this morning, but (before it happened) now he shows absolutely no signs of being sick. He is actually very hungry. Go figure. Just thought I would let you all know what is going on in the household. :D

No, I have not dropped off the face of the Earth. I know I haven't been around much. We went to my parents home last Friday evening and had the family dinner on Saturday. Then we came back that evening because on Sunday our family (along with another family at church) does a church service at a local retirement home on the 4th Sunday of ever month. Then on Monday evening we were invited to go to a candlelight service and then Tuesday was Hubby's get together with his family. Now I feel like I am just trying to "catch up". I feel that it is going to be a late night tonight. We have some friends coming over tomorrow evening for Pizza and I want to make sure all the toys are picked up and easily accessible tomorrow. It will be lots of fun. We will have a chance to visit and the children will have 4 others to play with! Well, hope to show some pictures very soon. Need to get them on the computer first. :D I better go check out my Quilt Bean soup to make sure it's not ...

Just wanted to let everyone know that I will be gone over the weekend. I was busy this past week, but hope to get caught up on posts when we get back. Blessings to all!

I just wanted to take time this evening to thank a very special lady. I won't mention who it is...but she knows I am talking about her. We were blessed today by a wonderful Sister in Christ and I just wanted to publicly thank her for what she has done/provided for my family out of the goodness of her heart. Thank you so much darling...it means so much to us. :o) I also wanted to give a quick update about the fleas. Every time Hubby checks the dog he only sees one...maybe two. I haven't noticed any bites on the children or any in the house. Well...today we decided it would be alright for the children to play in the yard again. Big T ended up with over 7 bites just from this evening and they were even under his clothes! I didn't even get any bites today and I was going in and out all day long doing laundry. I just feel so bad for him. I can't believe that they weren't even on his feet, arms, or hands, but under his clothes. I really hope these things go away soon. As ...
